I will never bring anything here. they charge you a $50 bench fee which covers basic repairs, they will tell you that they will call you if its more than that and wont call you. dropped my snowblower off and was expecting a call for 4 days and nothing. after i called they said oh yea its ready we did all the work and the cost was over $200. i thought they would give me a courtesy call to let me know what was needed before they just did the work and charge me for it. not a good way to do business these people are scammers. would definitely not recommend, if you r looking to get repairs done on your small engine there r several different options do not bring it here they will lie and scam you here

Smith and serifins just recently got bought out new owners. Customers be wear! The people are wonderful as always but they are raking you over the coals for service work! I brought it in , a small tire for my cadet needed to have a tube put in . $70.00 How do they justify that. Sorry no repairs going to them from me. I was going to have them service may cadet but they scared me away!
